Group therapy can offer children a chance to learn new coping strategies, ways of understanding feelings, communicate and engage with others in a more social setting.

Play Therapy Group - Ages 5yrs - 6yrs - Six Weeks
Thursdays at 4pm starting 3/5-4/9
In this group, children will engage in play therapy and expressive arts activities. The focus of this group is improving social interactions, communication, awareness of feelings and behaviors and a chance to process those feelings through expressive therapies and activities during the group.
Play Therapy Group - Ages 7yrs - 8yrs - Six Weeks
Thursdays at 5:30pm starting 3/5-4/9
In this group, children will engage in play therapy and expressive arts activities. The focus of this group is improving social interactions, communication, awareness of feelings and behaviors and a chance to process those feelings through expressive therapies and activities during the group.
Future Groups
Saturday Groups will be starting in April for ages 5-6 years, 7-8 years, and 9-10 years. Check back for those dates!
