I offer clinical supervision for therapists who are drawn to relational, depth-oriented work and want a supervision space that mirrors the therapeutic relationship—attuned, reflective, and rooted in trust.
My supervision approach centers the therapeutic relationship as a key vehicle for healing and transformation. Together, we will explore your clinical work not only through interventions and technique, but by paying close attention to the emotional dynamics between you and your clients.
This includes a deep focus on countertransference, biases, relational ruptures and repairs, and how your own internal experiences can both inform and challenge the therapeutic process.
Supervision can be a space to:
· Reflect on your emotional responses and reactions in session
· Explore countertransference with curiosity and compassion
· Deepen your understanding of relational dynamics
· Strengthen your therapeutic presence and use of self
· Increase your clinical skills and ability to provide quality therapy
Whether you're working toward licensure or seeking ongoing consultation, my goal is to support your growth as a thoughtful, self-aware, and relationally grounded clinician.
If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. Let's have a conversation about how supervision can support you in your development as a therapist.
While I have provided therapy to clients of many ages and experiences, much of my work is focused with children and families. If that is an area of focus you would like to strengthen and build your clinical work around we can explore that in supervision.
